PURPOSE:To raise an operability in the case of simultaneously executing the image-pickup of a still camera and a video camera by providing an optical view finder which shows a field to be image-picked up by a video camera part on the upper surface of an enclosure incorporating a still camera part and the video camera part. CONSTITUTION:In the enclosure of a casing the function part 76 of the still camera is located forward and a video tape recording mechanism 74 is located backward. An image pickup lens 16 for a still camera and an AF sensor 26, etc., are provided in the camera function part 76 and a magnetic head cylinder 200, etc., is provided in the video tape recording mechanism 74, then a photographing lens 14 for video camera is mounted along the side of the enclosure. And the optical view finder 22 having an objective lens 24 forward and an eye-cup 42 backward is mounted close to the lens 14, so that the operability can be improved by obtaining the field to be shot whose range is narrower than that of the field to be shot for the still camera part.
