<p>PURPOSE:To execute molding to plural molds in one molding cycle by horizontally arranging plural movable die plates and fixed die plates arranging poly- faced metallic mold as piling and providing horizontal partition piling metallic mold having linked open/shut mechanism. CONSTITUTION:The movable die plate 2 is opened by working a clamp cylinder 7, and the prescribed metallic molds 3 are set to respectively the movable die plate 3 and the fixed die plate 1. Next, each die plate 1, 2 is shut by working the clamp cylinder 7, and also stopped to a blow head 8 side by rotating the metallic mold assembly. The blow head 8 is horizontally shifted and by pushing a blowing hole thereof to a blowing hole in the side face of the metallic mold, to blow molding sand. After completing blowing, the blow head 8 is retreated, and the metallic mold assembly is rotated at 180 deg.. When the molded mold completely hardens, the metallic mold is opened by working the clamp cylinder 7, the molded mold is separated from the lower metallic mold while holding it to upper metallic mold. Successively, an unloader 9 is inserted between metallic molds, and the molded mold is separated from the lower metallic mold.</p> |
