PURPOSE:To transmit the next picture in a short time even if an error takes place in a transmission line by adopting the constitution such that a control signal is sent and received at a basic speed at each end of one picture. CONSTITUTION:The picture data picked-up by a camera 1 is stored in a transmission data memory 7 via a signal switch 5 and an A/D converter 6. A transmission speed change section 9 changes the data speed informed from a reception speed change section 13 to a transmission section 10 and sends the data in the transmission data memory 7. After a reception section 12 changes the speed to the designated speed from the reception speed change section 13, the section 12 receives the data from a transmission line 11 and stores the data into a reception data memory 15. The speed is changed into the basic speed by basic speed command sections 8, 14 for each transmission end of one picture. |
