<p>A matrix transfer medium with the binder being an aliphatic polyester polyurethane. This is formed directly on an untensilized polyethylene terephthalate film substrate. Porous magnesium silicate in minor amounts as a filler beneficially controls ink flow at printing. Overall good performance as to both ribbon feed and printing is realized.</p>
