PURPOSE:To reduce production costs and to contrive prevention of a deviation of a reinforcing thread, by a method wherein the reinforcing thread is supplied within a molten resin flowing within an extrusion passage, and both the molten resin and reinforcing thread extruded through an extruding machine are pulled together, cooled and cured. CONSTITUTION:A reinforcing thread supply part 23 is provided in the vicinity of ar extruding machine 1 and the same is constituted of a bobbin 23A round which the reinforcing thread B is wound and a frame 23B supporting the bobbin 23A rotatably. Then the reinforcing thread B introduced into a supply path 21 through the bobbin 23A is intruded into a thick part of molten resin A, which has kept flowing to an extrusion passage 13 by an extruding machine 1, along an embedded protrusion 22. Then it becomes that the reinforcing thread B intruded into the molten rein A is extruded from a die 12 along with the molten resin A, pulled, cooled and cured and that molding is performed under a state where the reinforcing thread B is embedded into a thick part of the molten resin A in an axial direction of the same. Therefore, as embedding work of the reinforcing thread B can be performed by following a molding work of a normal synthetic resin, manufacturing costs are reduced without taking time. |
