PURPOSE:To obtain a polyolefin composition which can give a molding excellent in resistance to impact clouding, gloss, impact resistance, methanical strengths and rigidity, by mixing a specified polyolefin composition with a specified phosphate compound. CONSTITUTION:A composition is formed by mixing a composition comprising 35-97pts.wt. crystalline alpha-olefin/propylene random copolymer (A) with 1-30pts. wt. crystalline propylene homopolymer (B) satisfying the relationship of formula I (wherein P is an isotactic pentad fraction and MFR is a melt flow rate, which is the amount of a molten resin discharged for 10min under a load of 2.16kg at 230 deg.C), 1-15pts.wt. high-density ethylene polymer (C) and 1-20pts.wt. amorphous ethylene/propylene random copolymer or amorphous ethylene/proplylene/ nonconjugated diene random copolymer (D) with 0.01-1pt.wt., per 100pts.wt. total of components (A)-(D), phosphate compound of formula II. |
