PURPOSE:To obtain the product equipped with originality and freshness by executing the surface grinding to the depth reaching the surface of an annular body on the face of the chain main body and cutting off one part of the side face of plating layer and each annular body in the state of leaving an annular ring like cut pattern. CONSTITUTION:Numerous annular bodies 2 formed by the wire 1 made of platinum are linked and a gold plating layer 3 is covered on the surface of each annular body 2 to compose the main body of a chain. The surface grinding to the depth reaching the surface of the annular body 2 is executed on both faces of this chain main body, one part 5, 6 on the side face of each annular body 2 and plating layer 3 is cut in the state of leaving an annual ring like cut pattern 7 on the pripheral face and finishing is executed to obtain a completed product 8. The product equipped with originality and freshness is thus obtd. with simple process.
