PURPOSE:To obtain a highly viscous concrete free of separation of cement component even when the concrete drops and flows in water by addition of a special admixture to the concrete. CONSTITUTION:A cellulosic admixture containing a defoaming agent is mixed with a polyacrylamide admixture dispersed with an inorganic salt, e.g., hydrated sodium sulfate, etc., in a proportion of 1:4 to 4:1. The special admixture is added to concrete to increase the separating resistance of concrete in water, and a melamine sulfonate-based fluidizing agent is also added to concrete to improve the fluidity of concrete. The staying of laitance on the surface of concrete can thus be prevented, and concrete can sufficiently reach even between reinforcing bars and steel frames. High-quality reinforced concrete structure can thus be constructed in water.
