PURPOSE:To ensure the required leakage quantity of a radio wave by optionally selecting the width of a couple of metallic stripes forming an outer conductor independently of the interval of a couple of the metallic stripes and increasing the width so as to select the hole formed on at least one of a couple of the metallic stripes to be a require size. CONSTITUTION:A couple of metallic stripes 6, 6 of the same width are opposed to each other at a prescribed interval to form outer conductors. An inner conductor 4 comprising a metallic stripe having a width narrower than the width of the stripes 6, 6 is arranged between the stripes 6, 6 near the midpoint in the broadwise direction, and plural slots 6a as holes are formed to at least one of the metallic stripes 6, 6, e.g., to the upper stripe at a prescribed interval. Then an insulator 5 to keep the stripes 6, 6 to a prescribed interval is packed between the stripes and a protection use plastic coating film is coated on the surface of the stripes 6, 6. Thus, even when the protection from the face is decreased, the length of the slot 6a and the tile are selected to be a required quantity by increasing the width W of the metallic stripes 6, 6 and required leakage quantity of the radio wave is ensured.
