The invention relates to a spinning machine having spinning assemblies which have open-end spinning rotors and ensuring simple and cheap production. The spinning machine is, according to the invention, composed of spinning points which are of modular construction and which each have a spinning assembly (4) drawing-off rollers (5, 6) assigned to the latter and a winding roller (8), which are arranged on a separate frame (11). The separate frame (11) is fastened by means of fastening devices (12) to a continuous main frame (1) of the spinning machine, the driven elements (28, 5, 6, 8) of each spinning point being connected to the drive devices (16, 23, 18, 24) independently of the elements of the other spinning points. <IMAGE>
