PURPOSE:To simplify the structure by making the shell in a double structure having an inner tank and an outer tank with heat insulating material inbetween, disposing an electric heater element in the inner tank to make it a heated gas passage, and supplying cold gas across the inner and outer tanks at a pressure identical to that of the heated gas so that the outer tank may become pressure-resistant and the inner tank high-temperature resistant. CONSTITUTION:The output tank 1 of a shell A is made up of a pressure- resistant high-pressure gas container, and the high-temperature resistant inner tank 2 is disposed with heat insulating material 3 inbetween. The inner tank 2 serves as a passage for rising heated gas 9, and an electric heater element 5 is disposed to perpendicularly intersect the gas flow. The lead wires of the element 5 are routed through a nozzle 7. Cold gas is supplied from a nozzle 8 at a pressure identical to that of the heated gas 9 to pressurize and cool the space between the inner and outer tanks 1, 2, and is joined to the heated gas 9 from a nozzle 10 of the inner tank 2. Therefore, only the inner tank 2 is exposed to the high-temperature and high-pressure, allowing simplification of the structure.
