PURPOSE:To prevent the outflow of boiling water by a method wherein a rotating disk, having rather a smaller outer diameter than the inner diameter of a steam pan and being rotatable on the horizontal plane, is installed inside the steam pan and a notch is formed at one end of the disk and at the symmetrical location in the other end a weight is placed respectively and the notch is turned upward at the time of an upset. CONSTITUTION:At the upper part of a steam generating tube 13 a steam pan 18 is installed and at its center a pin 21 supported by ribs 20 is placed. To the pin 21 a rotating disk 24 having a diameter nearly equal to the inner diameter of the pan 18 is attached in the condition of being rotatable on the horizontal plane. At one end of the disk 24 a semicircular notch 22 is formed and at its symmetrical location with respect to a revolving center a weight 23 is fixed. Steam generated from the tube 13 is discharged into a room through the notch 22. Since the disk 24 is forced to be rotated in the direction of an upset instantly by the weight 23 when a mainbody is upset, the notch 22 is located upward in the direction of the upset. Boiling water is therefore stopped to flow by the disk 24 and its outflow can be prevented.
