PURPOSE:To easily detect desired information by changing the count value which is displayed by the control signal based on the memory writing/reading actions. CONSTITUTION:In a sound recording state the count value is increased by one based on the address signal which is controlled an address control circuit 14 when a phase is written for each analyzing process. Thus the count value displayed on a display device 25 varies per second. Then the counting signal outputted from a control circuit 16 is set so that this counting signal varies per second. Thus the displayed count value shows the sound recording time. At the same time, the counting signal outputted from the circuit 16 is set so that it varies per second in a reproduction state. Thus the count value displayed on the device 25 shows the reproducing time.
