PURPOSE:To get an assembled body of a valve superior in sealing ability and easy in machining and assembling by installing an inner housing inside of a valve housing for arranging a piston member therein. CONSTITUTION:An inner housing 2 is installed in a cylindrical inner hull 1' of a valve casing 1 and a piston member 3 is arranged in an inner hull 2' of the inner housing 2. The inner housing 2 is sealed with a sealing member 8 against the inner periphery surface of the valve casing 1. A sealing member 7 is installed on the outer periphery part of the piston member 3 and sealing ability against the inner hull 2' is kept thereby when the piston member moves. According to this construction, the inner housing 2 and the piston member 3 can be installed to the casing 1 in assembled state, so assembling is simple. Again, the inner housing 2 is of a cylindrical form, so machining is easy and machining accuracy is high too, and sealing ability becomes sure.
