PURPOSE:To make it possible to give the number of degrees of freedom of turning to a moving frame by electrically connecting between an incorporated electrical action device and an electrical contact part with a flexible conductive member having a tongue-shaped projecting part which has a fold and is energized in a lens barrel inner diameter part. CONSTITUTION:The flexible conductive member 6 in a folded arc strip shape is provided, which has printing wirings 6a and 6b which connect the electrical contact part 7 provided on the moving frame 3 with the electrical contact part 5 electrically connected with the controller of a camera body side and the tongue-shaped projecting part 6c. Since the electrical contact part 7 on the moving frame 3 side and the electrical contact part 5 on a fixed part 4 side are connected with the flexible conductive member 6 in the folded arc strip shape, the electrical connection between the action device 2 and the controller of the camera body side is not disconnected even if the action device 2 moves back and forth with turning. Thus, a diaphragm device 1 and the action device 2 can be unified and also can moved back and forth with turning.
