PURPOSE:To clean automatically and efficiently the inside of a mixer or the like by rotating a plurality of end nozzles of telescopic lances having a structure of jetting selectively pressurized air or pressurized liquid out of nozzle heads. CONSTITUTION:When cleaning the inside of a powder hopper 1 and a screw 2, a shutter 20 is opened by actuating a cylinder 22, and the hot water is a tank is jetted out of a nozzle head 16 through a high-pressure nose 14.
