PURPOSE:To immediately supply hot water by providing a circulating water path in a predetermined section of an outer pipeline having a hot water rap, passing the circulating water path through an expansion tank of space heating part so as to heat exchange water with warm water within the tank. CONSTITUTION:Water derived through an intake N1 passes through an internal pipeline 21 and is heated in a heat exchanger 23 by the heating of a burner 25 to warm water which is supplied through an external pipeline P1 to a hot water tap K. Water within an expansion tank 32 of a space heating part 3 becomes warm water by a heat exchanger 51 heated by a burner 36. Warm water thus produced heats fan coils R to conduct space heating and is circulated. The external pipeline P1 of the hot water supply part 2 is formed into a circulating water path in its predetermined section by passing from a pipeline C via a heat exchange coil 43 and a pipeline 41 within the expansion tank 32. When resuming the hot water supply, a pump 42 is driven and hot water turned out to be warm water by the coil 43 is circulated for a predetermined time to warm water in the pipeline P1. Accordingly, even at the initial tine of the hot water supply, the immediate supply of hot water becomes possible.
