PURPOSE:To very easily allow the titled tool to pass through many elbows so that it can be inserted smoothly into the deep inner part in a bent tube, by providing a rotation preventing means for stopping a rotation of the tip part, on the tip of an inserting part of an auxiliary tool. CONSTITUTION:A guide tube 1 being an auxiliary tool consists of a spiral tube 2, and to its tip part, plural pieces of rotation stoppers 3 consisting of a band-like elastic body of thin width are attached in equal interval positions in the peripheral direction, respectively. When the spiral tube 2 is pressed in the direction (a) after having fixed a butt mouthpiece 4 of the tip of this rotation stopper 3 so as not to move, as for the rotation stopper 3, the center part is projected in the direction (b) against its elastic force, and when the pressing force is gone, it returns to its original state by its restoring elastic force. In such a way, when the tip part of an insertion auxiliary tool is brought to a rotation stop in an elbow part of a bent tube, and an oscillation is generated by turning elastic force due to a release of twisting force, said tool passes very easily through a step difference of the elbow part, and can be inserted smoothly into the deep inner part in the bent tube.
