The invention relates to new compounds of formula I and their salts: in which: R1 and R2 are H or (1 to 5 C)alkyl or form a (3 to 6 C)cycloalkyl radical containing an O, S or N; A and B represent: - either R = H or (1 to 5 C)alkyl, Z is a linear -(CH2)n- (n = 0 to 5) or branched (2 to 8 C)alkylene chain, X and X' are H, (1 to 4 C)alkyl, (1 to 4 C)alkoxy, halogen, OH, CF3, NO2, NH2 or NHalc1, - or R3 and R4 are H or (1 to 5 C)alkyl or form, with the nitrogen to which they are bonded, a 5- or 6-membered heterocycle containing O, N or S; A and B cannot both be chosen from one of these 2 amino groups. Another subject of the invention is a process for the preparation of the compounds I, the new intermediates obtained, the application as medicaments of the compounds I and the compositions containing them.
