PURPOSE:To prevent the laser beam reflected by a diaphragm returning to a light emitting chip of a semiconductor laser by making the face opposing to the light source of a diaphragm a conical face having specified inclined angle or curved face having specified curvature. CONSTITUTION:The beam near the center of a laser beam injected from a semiconductor laser 1a is injected through the through hole 12a of a diaphragm 12. The beam shielded by the diaphragm 12 spreads by being reflected with a projecting curved face 13a, attenuates by being subjected to multiple refrection between the matte finishing cover 1b and projecting curved face 13a of the semiconductor 1a. |
