<p>The present invention relates to a monitoring and alarm device for motor vehicle tyres, comprising a heat-sensitive switch (20) subject to the temperature of the tyre in order to change state when the temperature of the tyre exceeds a threshold, with a view to giving a warning. According to the invention, the heat-sensitive switch is furthermore adapted so as to be subjected to a centrifugal force, linked to the rotation of the wheel carrying the tyre, in such a way that the switching temperature of the heat-sensitive switch decreases when the speed of the vehicle increases.
