PURPOSE:To obtain the titled bio-juice having high calcium content, raising cleaning actin of enteric wall, by adding ionized calcium with high concentration to vegetables, etc., hydrolyzed with an enzyme. CONSTITUTION:Vegetables, fruits or seaweeds hydrolyzed with an enzyme are blended with ionized calcium with high concentration to give the aimed juice. Carrot, Japanese radish, burdock, lettuce, cabbage, celery or spinach is preferable as the vegetables and mandarin orange, apple or grape fruit is preferable as the fruits. |
