PURPOSE:To improve cooling ventilation and to hold a suitable temperature, by attaching a cooling copper wire device to a motor part of an electric fan to be mounted to a motor and forming a hot wire by a copper wire. CONSTITUTION:A fan 1 is connected to a shaft cap 2, and a safety cover 3 prevents blades 1 from being touched. An electric fan attaches to its motor part a cooling copper wire device 21 to be mounted to a motor 16. If the electric fan is started, a cooling device 12 is simultaneously turned on. Consequently, a water drop adheres to a hot wire 14, but the hot wire 14, being formed by a copper wire, removes dew. In this way, the device 21, improving cooling ventilation, is able to hold a suitable temperature.
