PURPOSE:To manufacture a material having superior corrosion resistance, workability, magnetic permeability, and hardness, by hot-rolling a steel having a composition in which respective contents of Mn, Ni, Cr, and N are specified and also respective contents of C, Si, S, and O are regulated to specific values or below and by specifying the conditions in a process where cold rolling and annealing are repeated. CONSTITUTION:A steel which has a composition consisting of, by weight, <=0.08% C, <=1.0% Si, 10-30% Mn, 0.1-5.0% Ni, 12-20% Cr, <=0.005% S, 0.05-0.5% N, <=0.01% O and the balance Fe is refined, cast, and hot-rolled. Subsequently, cold rolling and annealing are repeated proper number of times, and, in these manufacturing stages, final cold rolling is applied at 25-65% draft and then final annealing is applied so that crystalline grain size is regulated to grain size No. 7.0-10.5. |
