PURPOSE:To shorten the time when an accumulative fluorescent material sheet is taken out before the fresh accumulative type fluorescent material sheet is carried in by providing a means for reading the discrimination information such as bar code for the accumulative fluorescent material sheet to cassette holding part. CONSTITUTION:The bar codes 3 indicating information the kinds such as size and sensitivity of the accumulative fluorescent material sheet are marked on the rear face 1A of the accumulative fluorescent material sheet 1. A bar code reader 13 is provided on the cassette holding part 10 which holds the cassette 2 capable of housing the sheet 1 freely attachably and detachably. Said reader advances into the cassette 2 by moving in an arrow B direction and reads the bar codes 3 before the sheet 1 is taken out of the cassette 2. Ejection of the prescribed sheet 1 from a stacker right after taking out of the sheet 1 from the cassette 2 is thereby permitted and the waiting time of the cassette 2 in the holding part 10 is shortened.
