PURPOSE:To obtain the uniform superconductive oxide phase by mixing three metal groups consisting of specific multiple kinds of metals respectively, heating and melting this mixture, spraying the molten alloy into a cooling medium to form an alloy wire, and heat-treating it in the atmosphere containing moisture and oxygen. CONSTITUTION:One or more kinds of metals selected from a group of Sc, Y, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Pm, Sm, En, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu, Ac, Al, one or more kinds of metals selected from a group of Be, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Ra, and one or more kinds of metals selected from a group of Cu, Ag, Au are mixed with the atom % ratio of about 1:2:3 respectively, this mixture is heated and melted uniformly. This molten alloy is sprayed through a nozzle into a cooling medium to form an alloy wire, then this alloy wire is heat-treated in the atmosphere containing moisture and oxygen. The uniform superconductive oxide phase can be thereby realized.
