PURPOSE:To enlarge the using range of machines and apparatuses, by a method wherein the machines and apparatuses, operated by employing the power source of DC 12V, are made operable by employing the power source of a diesel car and a domestic power source. CONSTITUTION:A power source regulating circuit is provided with lead wires 1, 2 for AC 100V of a domestic power source, lead wires 3, 4 for DC 12V and DC 24V and lead wires 4, 5 for the machines and apparatuses of DC 12V while the same circuit is constituted of a transformer 7, a rectifier 8, a DC transformer 9, a transformation resistor 10 and a cooling fan 11. According to this method, the machines and apparatuses of DC 12V may be operated by 3 pieces of lead wires 1-3 without generating any difference in an electrical effect.
