PURPOSE:To efficiently obtain a lengthy oxide superconductor by flame-spraying the powder of the specific oxide superconductor to be stuck on a substrate then heat-treating it. CONSTITUTION:The powder of an oxide superconductor expressed by R-A-Cu-O is flame-sprayed and stuck on a substrate then heat-treated. In this chemical formula, R is one or two kinds of La, Y, and A is one or two kinds of Ca, Sr, Ba. No deviation by weight is generated because the sintered and reacted powder is used, thus the constituting material 2 of the oxide superconductor can be uniformly formed on the substrate 1. The crystallization of the material stuck on the substrate is disturbed at the time of the flame spraying or the heat distortion is generated due to the abrupt temperature change, and the superconductivity is deteriorated, thus the annealing heat treatment is performed. The lengthy oxide superconductor can be efficiently and easily obtained accordingly.
