PURPOSE:To transfer an incoming packet to a packet terminal equipment within a desired time range automatically to other desired packet terminal equipment by sending a call request packet including transfer registration request information, transfer start time, transfer end time and a subscriber number of a transfer destination packet terminal equipment in a packet addition section to a packet exchange network. CONSTITUTION:When a packet terminal equipment 5 desires the transmission of an incoming packet to the packet terminal equipment 5 from a start time BT to an end time ET to a packet terminal equipment 6, a call request packet CR in which incoming transfer registration request information TR and time form TP are designated as an additional code FC being a part of the packet addition section and a start time BT of packet transfer, end time ET and a subscriber number TA of a transfer destination packet terminal equipment 6 are designated as the additional parameter FP, is generated and sent to a packet exchange 2. The packet exchange 2 analyzes a call request packet CR to extract the time form TP, the start time TB, the end time ET and the subscriber number TA of the transfer destination packet terminal equipment 6 and to set the incoming transfer registration information TF in the subscriber data storage section 232 into the incoming transfer registration state.
