PURPOSE:To obtain a biphase oscillator having a proper tracking performance in both lower and higher speeds by using a multiplier so as to give a weight in response to the number of revolutions to a closed loop of a synchronizing oscillator. CONSTITUTION:Pulses from a V/F converter 7 are counted and latched based on the interval of rotary pulses Pin, a phase controller 6 is acted so as to make the value of analog conversion equal to a voltage command Vs thereby making the output pulse number of the V/F converter 7 based on the interval of the rotary pulse Pin constant. Then a predetermined delay is given to a 2nd binary counter 10 as preset data in response to the frequency of the rotary pulse Pin, biphase data called from a storage element 11 is synchronized with the rotary pulse Pin to provide a prescribed phase lag or lead and to output it as an analog quantity. A comparator 16 sends a command to a changeover switch 18 at a low speed rotation to output a resolver signal and a signal of the biphase oscillator is outputted at a high speed rotation. When the number of revolutions is increased further, the weight of an input signal of the synchronizing oscillator is increased by the operation of a multiplier 5 and the response and tracking performance are improved in response to the quantity of the number of revolutions.
