PURPOSE:To prevent discontinuous motion of a casting conveyor by fixing a small gear and a cam between axis of a driving sprocket and a tip thereby partially accelerating or decelerating a conveyor sprocket through operation of the cam. CONSTITUTION:A driving sprocket 4 is slided while rotating on a shaft 11 by means of a driving geared motor 1, a small sprocket 2 and a roller chain 3. Upon rotation of the driving sprocket 4, a small gear 6 engages with a large gear 5 and rolls so as to rotate a cam 7. Consequently, a ratchet wheel 10 is rotated so as to rotate the driving shaft 11 of conveyor, a conveyor sprocket 12 and a conveyor chain 13. With such arrangement, partial acceleration is made during constant speed rotation so as to correct decelerated state thus achieving constant speed carriage of entire chain conveyor.
