摘要

PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of the characteristics of a sensitive body in environment at high temp. and to improve the heat resistance by applying a soln. prepd. by adding polycarbonate and specified compds. to a solvent for polycarbonate to a prescribed layer to form the electric charge transferring layer. CONSTITUTION:An underlayer 21 of polyester resin is formed on an electrically conductive Al supporting body 11 and chloroindium phthalocyanine is vapor- deposited on the underlayer 21 to form an electric charge generating layer 13. An electric charge transferring layer 15 is then formed on the layer 13 by applying a soln. prepd. by adding polycarbonate, a hydrazone deriv. and trimethylamine to a solvent for polycarbonate.
