PURPOSE:To eliminate apparent occupied channel due to cross modulation by comparing a received electric field level of a radio signal of cross modulation of transmission with a received electric field level of a normal radio signal, using the lower reception electric field level as a cross modulation signal and discriminating the channel as an idle channel. CONSTITUTION:A control section 47 compares the level of electric field level information as to l-set of received channels (3<=l<= integral number n) detecting an electric field over the received electric field level whose communication quality is to be secured among m-set of electric field level information stored by a storage means. When a prescribed level difference exists, the reception channel with a lower electric field level is regarded as a radio signal due to the cross modulation of the transmission of a radio base station device and discriminated to be an idle channel. Thus, the deterioration of the utilizing efficiency of channels due to mis-discrimination of an idle channel as the busy channel is precluded. |
