PURPOSE:To improve stability at the time of constant-speed rotation and responding property at the time of transient speed change, by making an integrating constant larger at the time of the constant-speed rotation, and by making the integrating constant smaller at the transient time. CONSTITUTION:The output of the rotational speed setting signal generator 7 of a potentiometer is directed to a buffer circuit 9 for input via a switch 8. The buffer circuit 9 consists of a mirror integrating circuit and the like, and the sudden change of an input signal level is slowly changed, and the output of e2 is generated. The output e2 and the output e1 of the switch 8 is inputted to a change-over controlling circuit 14, and by the signal of output generated as the result of its comparison, the connection of the capacitor of a comparison amplifying section 6 is switched, and an integrating constant is changed. |
