PURPOSE:To ensure the stopping position of a rotor yoke, by a method wherein a position correcting means, correcting the stopping position of the rotor yoke to a predetermined pivoting position when the stopping position of the same is deviated from the set stopping position of the same, is provided. CONSTITUTION:Stator yokes 33, 34 are arranged around a rotor yoke 10 in a housing 19b. A bearing 16a is arranged between an output shaft 11 and a housing base 19a. The end of the output shaft 11 in the housing case 19b is supported by a supporting member 17, secured to the housing case 19b, and a bearing 16b interposed between the housing case 19b and the supporting member 17. A spring washer 18, consisting of an elastic body, is attached to the supporting member 17 and is abutted against the end face of the output shaft 11. A position correcting means is constituted of the spring washer 18 and a notch groove on the end face of the output shaft 11, abutted against the spring washer 18, and stops a rotor at the predetermined pivoting position thereof.
