PURPOSE:To make workability in assembling in plants and to obtain strength to withstand acceleration of 10 G or more, by providing an interlayer film, to which a thermosetting resin film is applied and provided in a geometric figure pattern, between layered windings in a primary coil apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A thermosetting resin film 10 is applied and arranged on one or both surfaces of an interlayer film 8 in a repetitive discrete geometric figure pattern. The film 8 and layered windings 7 are alternately wound around a primary core 6, and a coil apparatus 9 is assembled. Thereafter, a specified thermosetting treatment is performed in a heating furnace, and the primary coil 9 having a specified strength is formed. Thus, the workability in assembling in plants is made excellent, and strength to withstand acceleration of 10 G or more is obtained.
