<p>PURPOSE:To flexibly and rapidly respond to the change of a system, by applying autonomous distributed control on a control equipment and a working cell. CONSTITUTION:A state managing computer 3 manages the control equipments 1a-1d incorporating processors which perform measurement, etc., and the states of the working cells 2a and 2b consisting of a numerical controller, a machine tool, and a robot. A file server 4 manages the data and the programs of the control equipments 1a-1d and the working cells 2a and 2b. The state managing computer 3 and the file server 4 are connected to each of the control equipments 1a-1d and working cells 2a and 2b with a network 5, and the transfer of information among each device can be performed according to a protocol set in advance through the network 5.</p> |
