PURPOSE:To enable the use of the titled material by a user with irradiating a safe light for a longer time by producing the titled material under the safe light having a light source of electroluminescence. CONSTITUTION:The titled material is produced using the safe light having the light source of the electroluminescence as the safety light. Said electroluminescence may be either a deposited type or a distributed type. Accordingly, the extent of sensitizing the titled material by the safe light in the production step of the titled material is reduced. Thus, the allowability capable of irradiating the safe light to said material by the user can be increased.
