PURPOSE:To drastically improve the durability of a screen by providing a screen receiving member to the lower neighboring part of the outer periphery of a rotor to receive a screen so as not to bring the screen into contact with the bars provided to the outer peripheral rims of the rotor. CONSTITUTION:Plural bars 14 parallel to the direction of the revolving axis are fixed to the outer peripheral rims of the rotor 10. The screen receiving member 30 consists of plural frames 31-33 provided to the lower neighboring part of the outer periphery of the rotor 10. The screen 35 is so provided on the inside of the screen receiving member 30 as to cover the lower outer periphery of the rotor 10 and not to be brought into contact with the bars 14. As a result, the screen especially, not to mention the bars, is drastically improved in durability with little abrasion. Consequently, the need of exchanging of screen is eliminated even though it is put in operation for a long period with the result that the granulating efficiency is improved.
