PURPOSE:To obtain an O2 permeable membrane having high strength by alter nately laminating a separation membrane A consisting of polyorganophospha zenes and a reinforcing membrane B consisting of a crystalline polymer having 170-250 deg.C m.p., and forming the inner and outer surfaces with the membrane B to form a hollow fiber-shaped membrane. CONSTITUTION:The separation membrane A having <=1mum thickness and consisting of the polyorganophosphazenes expressed by the general formula (where X is an alkoxyl group, a halogenated alkoxyl group, etc.) and the reinforcing porous membrane B having high permeability to O2 and consisting of a crystalline polymer having 170-250 deg.C m.p. such as polypropylene and poly-4-methylpentene-1 are alternately laminated to form the hollow fiber-shaped membrane, and the inner and outer surfaces of the membrane are formed with the porous membrane B. The membrane thus obtained exhibits high permeability to O2, and the mechanical strength is also excellent.
