PURPOSE:To surely score a cutting line on a blank glass plate in a prescribed shape by combining a cutter block, a cutter holder, a cutter and a holder guide so as to perform specified action. CONSTITUTION:A cutter 39 is fitted to a cutter holder 38 freely rotatably for a cutter block 36 during scoring of a cutting line by the cutter 39. The turning center of the cutter holder 38 is positioned in the advancing direction F side for the cutter 39 and this cutter 39 follows the cutter holder 38 capable of minutely turning for the direction F and moves. Therefore the stabilization of turning is contrived by absorbing unstable turning such as vibration of the cutter 39 which is caused by working precision and pivoting precision or the like of the cutter 39. Further since the turning of the cutter holder 38 is controlled with a holder guide 41, the scoring position of the cutter 39 is prevented from being deviated from the prescribed scoring position by means of centrifugal force or the like of the cutter holder 38 resulting from moving velocity.
