PURPOSE:To inhibit the change of characteristics of a solid electrolyte by preserving the solid electrolyte in an organic solvent. CONSTITUTION:A solid electrolyte is constituted of halide and a nonpolar organic solvent such as benzene and toluene is used as an organic solvent. When the solid electrolyte is preserved in the organic solvent, direct contact of it and the atmosphere is avoided and it can be preserved for a long period without changing the characteristics of the solid electrolyte. Furthermore in case the solid electrolyte is regulated to fine powder having several micron or below, the formation of secondary particles or tertiary particles is made difficult to be caused because static electricity allowing fine powder to be electrified is liable to escape to the organic solvent. As a result, in the case of making an electrode, the electrode having excellent performance can be obtained and the production of an electrochemical element having excellent characteristics is enabled. |
