PURPOSE:To make the height of projected ribs high and to form the projected ribs having an optional pattern, by supplying a molten synthetic resin in a molding path of a mold, molding it into a sheet-like shape between a molding roll at an extruding outlet and the lower face of the extruding outlet and forming projected ribs by using molding channels of the molding roll. CONSTITUTION:Two lines of molding channels 5 are spirally prepared around on the outer circumferential surface of a molding roll 6. An outlet path 12 is set between an extruding outlet 7 of a molding path 4 and another end of a mold 3. A molten synthetic resin is extruded from the extruding outlet of an extruder and at the same time the molding roll 6 is rotatively driven, then the molten synthetic resin is supplied to the molding path 4 and molded in a sheet-like shape between the molding roll 6 of the extruding outlet 7 and the lower face of the extruding outlet 7. At the same time, projected ribs are thereon formed by means of the molding channels 5 of the molding roll 6, and the synthetic resin sheet 2 if forwarded out of the outlet path 12. In this case, the synthetic resin sheet 2 having various patterns of projected ribs 1 can be formed by changing the arrangement of the molding channel 5 of the molding roll 6. Projected ribs 1 can be prepared which are higher than those prepared after extrusion from a mold. |
