PURPOSE:To depress the occurrence of voids, to get rid of the defects of a product being accompanied with polymerization and shrinkage of a raw material solution and the obtain a product having good appearance and so on, by evacuating the air in a mold frame and intercepting a vent or a liquid well after pouring of the raw material solution is completed. CONSTITUTION:A raw material solution is flowed into a cavity through a pouring path such as a runner and a gate. The introduced raw material solution is filled in the cavity while the air in a mold frame is evacuated to a vent or a liquid well connected with the cavity and to the outside of the mold frame. Moreover, a part of the raw material solution flows a little into the ven or the liquid well with foams therein mixed. After pouring the raw material solution, the inlet of the cavity is closed and, the vent and the liquid well are intercepted from the raw material solution in the cavity. The raw material solution in the cavity is thereby tightly close and the outflow of the raw material solution from the mold frame or the reverse inflow of the raw material solution existing in the vent or the liquid well into the cavity can be stopped. Then the raw material solution in the cavity is compressed, heated, polymerized and cured to obtain a produced. |
