PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition excellent in initial tack, adhesiveness after thermal aging, stability of adhesiveness after being left in a high-humidity atmosphere, and corrosion fatigue resistance, by mixing a natural rubber and/or synthetic isoprene rubber with at least one specified organoboron compound. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. rubber comprising 100-70pts.wt. natural rubber and/or synthetic isoprene rubber and, optionally, 0-30pts.wt. other diene rubbers is mixed with 0.1-5.0pts.wt. organoboron compound of formula I or II [wherein R1-3 are each a 7-21C (OH group-substituted)alkyl], e.g., glycerol borate laurate, and, optionally, cobalt naphthenate, etc.
