发明名称 LOW-LOSS OXIDE MAGNETIC MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a low loss oxide magnetic material which can reduce a power loss easily by adding 0.15 weight % or less germanium dioxide (GeO2). CONSTITUTION:Main components, 30-37 mol % manganese oxide (MnO), 10-15 mol % zinc oxide (ZnO) and a residue, iron dioxide are contained and secondary components, 0.04-0.10 weight % calcium oxide (CaO) against the 100 weight % main components and 0.015-0.100 weight % silicon dioxide (SiO2) against the 100 weight % main components are contained. Here, 0.15 weight % or less (zero weight % is not included) germanium dioxide (GeO2) is added to the 100 weight % main components. This can easily reduce an iron loss approx. 200 kw/m<3>.
