PURPOSE:To read charging data accurately in terms of hardware in using a CAPTAIN system with a charge by using a read charging information code for succeeding charging processings when an information select bar code and a charging information bar code are read by a bar code reader. CONSTITUTION:A bar code printed at the right position of a desired item out of using menu 31 is read at first by a bar code reader 30. In this case, an information select code (a), a charging information code (b) and a check code (c) are read consecutively, an adapter 40 divides read data into the information select code and the charging information code and sends the information select code to a CAPTAIN terminal equipment 50. The charging information code is sent to a CPU 12 and the time is counted till the reception is finished. Then the using charge is calculated in response to the charging data and the time in use and the charging data is sent to a CCTV terminal equipment for charging. Since the charging information is read in reading the using menu 31, the charging data relating to the CAPTAIN information to be used is read accurately in terms of hardware. |
