SPINNERET DEVICE FOR SHEATH-CORE CONJUGATE SPINNING

PURPOSE:To obtain a homogeneous sheath-core type conjugate fiber with hardly any eccentricity, by providing polymer flow holes of a special structure in a distribution plate to be provided on a spinneret plate. CONSTITUTION:A spinneret device for concentric sheath-core type conjugate spinning is constituted by providing a spinneret plate 2 perforated with many circular spinning holes 1 and a distribution plate 3 perforated with flow holes 5 corresponding to the spinning holes 1 and core polymer feed pipes 4 inserted into the flow holes 5. The flow holes 5 in the distribution plate 3 are constituted of a funnel-shaped tapered part at the topmost part, a constricted part following thereto and a successive bulged part thereunder. The diameter D1(mm) of the bulged part and length L1(mm) thereof are set at values satisfying formulas I and II and 2-6 small grooves 6 are formed on the circumference of the constricted part to afford a structure so as to provide 3-30kg/cm<2> pressure loss between the top and bottom of the distribution plate.
