PURPOSE:To obtain a reproduced image scarcely having distortion, by shortening reproduction operating time to <=1/40, comparing with a spherical wave overlapping method, whose reproduction operating speed is made equal or higher, comparing with a two-dimensional Fourier converting method. CONSTITUTION:In case when an object image is reproduced from a hologram by a computer, at first, the hologram surface is divided by a lattice, and a hologram data in each lattice point is recorded in a memory 1 by making its address correspond to an array of the lattice. To this hologram surface, the reproducing surface is made parallel, the reproducing surface is divided into lattices having the same shape as the lattice of the hologram surface, and a reproducing data in each lattice point is recorded in a memory 8 by making its address correspond to an array of the lattice. Also, in every surface corresponding to the same area as said reproducing surface on the hologram surface, the hologram data on the surface is extracted in order from the memory in accordance with the lattice array, weight is added to the hologram data, and it is added to contents of a memory 11 in which the reproducing data is stored. Also, when the weight is set to a value indicating a space surge of a plane wave propagated to the reproducing surface from the hologram surface conrresponding to the same area as said reproducing surface, an object image is reproduced from the hologram. |
