PURPOSE:To contrive to improve the static balance of a tire, while the changing ratio of the green tire in being put in a can, is suppressed by a method is which the bead rings at least one of which is caused to be movable in variable height capably of approaching to or parting from the other are inserted into each bead of the green tire, and pressurized air is supplied thereto, thereby shaping the tire by expansion of the pressurized air itself. CONSTITUTION:A pivoting arm 10 is raised and lowered in an arrow B direction by a motor 9 and a screw shaft 8. Here, a bead ring 3 is capable of approaching to or parting from the other bead ring 2. A bead part 1B is fitted to the bead ring 2, and after the fitted part has been kept in air tight, the bead ring 3 is fitted to the bead part 1A through the pivoting action and the lowering action of the pivoting arm 10, and in this case, the fitted parts are kept in air tight. In the state where the inside of this green tire 1 is kept air tight to outer atmosphere, the pressurized air from a compressor 7 is supplied in the green tire through feeding pipe 4 by a control part 5 and the tire 1 is expanded in diameter by acting direction on the green tire 1 with compressed air, thereby shaping the inner surface of the green tire 1.
